COMPANY SECRETARY SERVICES

The Firm has an in-house company providing company secretarial services to clients. We assist our clients companies with all corporate compliance issues and with statutory/regulatory matters. We are able to prepare and submit statutory returns, maintain statutory registers, conduct and take minutes at all director and shareholder meetings and act also as company registrars

PRIVATE CLIENTS' SERVICE

The Firm also has a small Private Clients Department which caters to the testamentary, devotional and general personal needs of those of our clients who request these services. Advice is rendered in the areas of creation and management of trusts, drawing up of wills, administration of estates, probate, property and personal taxation. The Firm also offers investment advisory service to select clients (personal and companies) in relation to placement and management of their money/funds.
